1. RESERVATIONS
At HOTEL CASA EVA BOUTIQUE, a reservation is considered confirmed once the guest receives a confirmation email.
Reservations may require a credit card guarantee or advance payment.
If the reservation is not guaranteed within the specified timeframe, it may be automatically canceled.
Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
To ensure smooth operations, the following schedule applies:
- Check-in: from 1:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION
All guests must present valid identification upon arrival:
- Peruvian citizens: valid national ID (DNI)
- Foreign guests: passport and valid immigration documents
Failure to present proper documentation may result in denial of check-in.
4. RATES, TAXES AND FEES
Rates are quoted per room, per night.
Taxes and additional charges may not always be included.
An 18% VAT (IGV) applies to Peruvian citizens and residents.
Foreign guests may be exempt from VAT if they meet current immigration requirements.
5. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Policies depend on the selected rate:
- Flexible Rate
Allows changes or cancellations free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a one-night charge.
- Non-Refundable Rate
Does not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Valid credit cards and other approved payment methods are accepted.
The hotel may perform pre-authorizations to verify available funds.
If the payment method is invalid, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.
7. DURING YOUR STAY
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed (except certified service animals).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Activities that disturb order, safety, or other guests are not permitted.
8. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The hotel may offer additional services such as:
- Breakfast (depending on the selected rate)
- Transfers and tour experiences
- Personalized guest services
These services may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
9. NO-SHOW POLICY
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice:
- The first night will be charged
- The reservation may be automatically canceled
10. GENERAL TERMS
HOTEL CASA EVA BOUTIQUE reserves the right of admission.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
Any situation not covered herein will be resolved at the discretion of hotel management.
